Green Tee Readings

Hot off the heels of making a chocolate flavored rice pudding (it was good, but too much rice and not enough sugar or strawberries), I think I might have my best creation ever. Okay, not the best ever, but the best without booze: coffee flavored rice pudding. Assuming that the brief, hot tastes I’ve had resemble the final product, it should be much like coffee ice cream, but now in pudding form.

Now I just need to figure out how to make pudding pops, and I’ll have one upped Bill Cosby. Rockin’.

*Update*

The first taste of a somewhat cooled product reveals multiple layers of tasty-goodness with a hint of cinnamon overdose. I might like more of a coffee overtone, but I’m weird. Some potential additions: chocolate, Irish Cream, caramel.
